The agency has created 289 rental units for low and moderate-income households. Properties are located in 11 communities scattered around Strafford and Rockingham Counties, New Hampshire and York County, Maine-Dover, Eliot, Exeter, Farmington, Kittery, Lee, Newmarket, Rochester, Rollinsford, Rye, Kennebunk and South Berwick.

Keene Housing provides and advocates for affordable housing and supportive services that strengthen and empower low and moderate-income households in the Monadnock region. Some programs may have long waiting lists. Also remember that eligible people may qualify for more than one program.
