Twin Pines Housing provides down payment grants and closing cost assistance to help reduce the purchase price of a home or condo for qualifying households. In exchange for this grant, homebuyers agree to limit their profit should they sell the home, allowing the home to remain affordable to future buyers of modest means. Home Preferred Manufactured Housing ROCs provides homebuyers and current homeowners in qualified New Hampshire Resident-Owned Communities (ROCs) with affordable conventional financing options, including a low fixed rate, low downpayment, and low mortgage insurance options.

HOMEteam is a nonprofit collaboration between NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire, CATCH Neighborhood Housing, and Lakes Region Community Developers; formed to deliver home ownership and financial wellness education, counseling, and assistance to individuals and families statewide. Our services include home buyer and financial literacy group education and landlord workshops, and one on-one counseling for those who complete a group seminar program.
