CCEH operates a 40-bed capacity Emergency Winter Shelter at 238 N. Main Street in Concord. The Emergency Winter Shelter is open 7 nights a week from December through March. The shelter is a “low barrier” shelter that serves adults, including those with active addictions and felony convictions, so that those in need can sleep inside during dangerously cold winter months.

Low Barrier Emergency Adult Shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness who are 18+. Participants are given onsite access to: health care, referrals to substance use treatment/Recover and Mental Health Treatment. Onsight Case management services available.

The Bureau of Homeless Services assists with connecting individuals, youth, and families who are currently homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless with housing support and services.

Overnight shelter open to residents during the winter months when there is extreme weather conditions such as freezing cold temperature, blizzards, and freezing rain.

30 bed cold weather shelter, available on a first come, first serve basis. The overnight shelter operates from Dec.1 through Mar. 31st annually, 7 nights/week. Meals and showers available to shelter participants.

This is a year-round, temporary, emergency shelter for families with children who reside in Belknap County.

Homeless shelter for men open year-round. In the event of extreme weather only, when other homeless drop in centers are closed, this agency will open up for the day only to anyone who is homeless.

Shelter welcomes homeless adult men, women, and couples. The facility offers on-site meals, storage for tents and personal belongings, and provides 40 beds in a communal open space for sleeping. Guests have access to private showers and bathrooms, which are wheelchair accessible. Check-in is available until 9 PM, with a daily bed hold policy.

Emergency shelter for families and adult individuals. After-School and Summer Programs are offered for current and former shelter guests. The Children's Service Coordinator also helps connect families with their child's school.

New Generation Shelter is a home & supportive program for pregnant women and mothers of young children who are homeless. Besides shelter other services provided to residents include: parenting education, case management, life-skills coaching, and aftercare. The shelter also has a transitional apartment for mothers and their children. Apartment is available once the mother has proven to have a stable job or school or both. Day care is available for residents. Program can also help the mothers with the necessities for the children such as diapers, wipes, clothing etc. Residents receive 3 meals a day and snacks and those with an open case for food stamps will lose their benefits as a result.

Temporary emergency housing for women and families, including battered and abuse victims. -A normal stay does not exceed three months. Some exceptions may apply. -Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and weapons of any kind are not permitted on premises. -The Bancroft House does not provide professional counseling or therapy services, however staff is trained to facilitate referrals to appropriate caregivers. -Residents have access to a laundry room, pantry, kitchen, etc.

Emergency Shelter for youth ages 18 to under 25 years old. Dinner and breakfast are provided. Access to showers and laundry facilities.

This is a family shelter for Rockingham and Strafford Counties. Other regions are served on a space available basis. We can accomodate a maximum of 5 families or 14 people who can stay for a maximum of 6 months. Our overnight shelter operates from 5:30 pm - 7:30 am and is located seperate from our day center. Our day center operates during daytime hours providing ongoing case management, support services, employment and housing assistance. Please note that we are unable to accept anyone actively using substances, has a severe untreated mental illness or has an active domestic violence issue.

Homeless shelter in Boston that accept sex offenders. Shelter accepts people from New Hampshire. They do not take referrals so people will just have to wait in line. Shelter for at least 75 indidvuals adults and 11 families. Shelter is low barrier and does not require sobriety to enter. Safe behavior is expected and alcohol or illicit substances are not allowed on site. Curfew is 9:30 pm and quiet hours at night are from 10PM to 6AM. Stays for people from out of state will be limited. Shelter residents are provided with: access to on-site medical care, and case management assistance to connect with housing, benefits, mental health and substance abuse treatment, job search help, family support services, employment, and more. Meals, laundry, showers and limited clothing assistance provided.
