Service Coordinators are responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of services an individual receives. Service Coordinators also monitor the services an individual receives. Services may include: Family Support: Respite Care, High School Transition Supports and Financial Case Managers, Residential Services, Enhanced Family Care, Staffed Homes, Vocational Services, Community Based Day Services and Participated Directed & Managed Services

REAP is a prevention program that is available to all older adults in the community. It is designed to help you take control of your life, to live a happy, healthy and independent lifestyle. They offer up to 6 free, confidential counseling and educational services to help you better understand and deal with the many changes you encounter.

Adult High School Diploma: The Adult High School Diploma Program offers classes to earn credits to complete adult high school requirements and earn a diploma. Students must be ages 16 and older and live or work in N.H to register for an Adult Diploma class. We offer three terms: fall, winter/spring, and summer. ABE/HiSET: This class is for students ages 18 and older who want a review of basic reading or math skills or who would like to prepare for the reading, writing, social studies, science and math portions of the High School Equivalency Exam (HiSET).

Crimeline is a non-profit partnership between the law enforcement community, and the communities they serve. It provides citizens with a way to anonymously supply the police with information about a crime or potential crime of which they have knowledge. Rewards are given to tips that lead to an arrest or indictment of a crime and can range between $200 and $2500 Cash rewards up to $1000 are offered to people who call the program and their information leads to an arrest, the recovery of stolen property, or the seizure of illegal drugs.

WAG rescues and receives unwanted, abused, and stray animals. WAG offers animal adoption. WAG accepts animals from New Hampshire only.

Medical services provided include but not limited to: IV therapy, wound care, medication management, injections, baby wellness visits, pain management, occupational, physical, speech therapies. Other services provided include but not limited to: personal care, ostomy care, catheter care, respite, bathing, meal prep, caregiver support, and more.
