Through our Helping Ensure Appropriate Response to Trauma (H.E.A.R.T) program, CACs are partnering with school districts to address trauma related needs of school aged children. The TET program is designed to evaluate and elevate the social and vocational skills of students aged 14-20. Memories Made is a nonprofit dedicated to helping kids with diabetes in New England access the funds and resources needed to attend camp. We provide scholarships, transportation, clothing, bedding, towels, beach items, storage, toiletries, camping gear, or anything needed on the "bring to camp" list.
