One household member must have a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, be a NH resident, and have a total household income is at or below 80% of the area median income for your county of residence.

Merrimack Valley Assistance Program (MVAP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, state-licensed case management agency that offers supportive services and housing assistance to persons with HIV/AIDS. MVAP has physical offices located in Concord and Manchester but serves statewide.
