The federally funded Low Income Home Energy Program (LIHEAP) (known as Fuel Assistance Program) provides certified eligible households with assistance in paying their energy bills during the winter season. The New Hampshire Electric Assistance Program gives eligible customers a discount on their monthly electric bills. The discount is from 9% to 77% depending on your gross household income, household size and electricity use. **The numbers are as of September 2014 and are subject to change.
