Imminent Risk of Homelessness: Families facing eviction, currently living in unstable conditions, or needing assistance for their vehicle or utilities. Financial Need: A demonstrated inability to pay rent or secure housing due to financial distress. Willingness to Engage: Families must be open to working with case managers and participating in the program's processes.
