Description

SCS Housing, Inc. has a variety of affordable housing units for both families and seniors. The various complexes are located throughout Cheshire and Sullivan counties. Income eligibility limits apply. Our family and senior complexes are located in New Hampshire and are all non-smoking. Heat, hot water, snow removal, trash removal, and off-street parking are included in the rent at all properties. Locations of Family/Individual Housing: Keene, Drewsville, Swanzey and Winchester. Locations of Senior Housing: located in the following areas: Charlestown, Keene, Marlborough, Newport, Rindge, Swanzey, Troy and Winchester
