Description
Special Medical Services are part of the State of New Hampshire's Title V Programs for Children with Special Health Care Needs. Current programs include: Child Development Clinic; Community Based Care Coordination; Nutrition, Feeding and Swallowing; and Neuromotor Clinic. Case management is provided to children and their families who are enrolled.
