The Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center Pharmacy is here to serve with compassion, care, and human dignity. Whether it is filling prescriptions, helping you to understand how to take a medication, or managing medication side-effects, our professional pharmacy team enthusiastically takes care of our patients’ healthcare needs. Because we are co-located on-site within the main Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center location, we are able to work closely with you, your doctors and clinicians, and other members of your care team quickly and efficiently. All profits of our pharmacy are invested back into the services offered through Harbor Care.

Harbor Care creates and provides quality housing, health care, veterans services, and other supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and/or at risk of homelessness and/or living with behavioral health or substance use issues. Harbor Care also operates Greater Nashua’s only healthcare for the homeless clinic, Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center. www.harborcarenh.org
