Seniors 60 and over or adults with disabilities who are homebond. Seniors over 60 must be primarily homebound and unable to prepare nutritious food. Under 60 must be homebound, disabled and meet income guidelines.
Meals are delivered to all communities of Belknap-Merrimack Counties Monday - Friday.

Description

We provide nutritious meals delivered by trained drivers, daily safety checks, resource information, and peace of mind for the participants and their loved ones. Meals are available short or long term, depending on the need. Meals are available five days a week, depending on the need. Shelf stable meals are provided for holidays and weather emergencies

Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc.'s primary mission is to work with low-income families and the elderly to assist them in their efforts to become or remain both financially and socially independent in their communities. To accomplish this, CAPBM sponsors and manages multiple programs and services designed to meet the needs of children, families, single parents, the elderly, and the disabled.
