Description
Epilepsy Foundation New England financial assistance program grants a one time award, with assistance ranging from $50.00 to $1000.00 to assist individuals with epilepsy during a time of need. If we are not able to fund specific needs through our own Epilepsy Foundation New England program resources, we can help to provide information and resources to identify alternative solutions. Emergency Financial Assistance from Epilepsy Foundation New England may be able to help with the following: Transportation to medical appointments Critical short term needs such as emergency help with utilities or rent Assistance with doctor visit copayments or medication costs Medical equipment costs (for example; bedrails, assistive devices, monitoring devices) Childcare, homecare, respite care Advocacy Education
