This is number to call for transportation to medical and dental appointments for Medicaid recipients. This applies to wheelchair accessible transportation too. Non-urgent calls to request transportation must be made 48 in advance of scheduled appointment. Types of Transportation: - Routine Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (Non-Urgent); - Urgent Non-Emergency Medical Transportation: Urgent Care or Emergency Room needing a ride home; - After Hours Non-Emergency Medical Transportation or Hospital Discharge ; - Family and Friends Mileage Reimbursement Program Advance Approval Required
