NORTH COUNTRY SENIOR MEALS-COLEBROOK
The congregate meal sites and satellites provide nutritious meals to our seniors, while offering them an opportunity to get out of the house and socialize with their peers. In doing so, we hope to assist our senior clients to maximize their independence. Each of the 3 Senior Meals Sites also operates a Meals on Wheels program. Meals on Wheels serves all towns in Coos County, and provides meals up to 7 days a week, offering lunch and breakfast as needed. Volunteer drivers are used as much as possible. In addition to delivering meals, the volunteers check in on their clients to ensure their well-being and can refer seniors to a variety of programs and resources should they be encountering any problems
