Once a referral has been made it is up to the nonresidential parent to contact the office to set up an orientation.
Once that orientation has been completed, the residential parent and children will also receive an orientation.

The two (2) types of services offered are:
1. Fully supervised visits, on-site,
of one to two hours.
2. Monitored exchanges where the arrival and departure of parents and children is monitored by Center staff, however the visits occur off-site and are not monitored by Center staff.
