The Monadnock United Way is a volunteer organization dedicated to increasing the organized capacity of people to care for one another through these objectives: to evaluate the extent and priority of regional human service needs, to develop financial and non-monetary resources to meet those needs to the extent feasible, to allocate these resources effectively, to foster the spirit of volunteerism, to facilitate community initiatives and problem solving, to promote public awareness and understanding through education and communication, to plan and provide for the continuity and evolution of the organization
