Description

The New Hampshire United Spinal Association (USA) plays a vital role in empowering individuals with Spinal Cord Injuries or Disease to achieve and maintain the highest levels of independence, health, wellness and personal fulfillment desired. We provide disability services to individuals with Spinal Cord Injury and Disease, their families and their community. We are can assist you with: - Home Care and Personal Care - Finding community resources - Peer Support - Spinal Cord Injury and Spinal Cord Disease education and awareness - Employment Assistance - Returning home after rehabilitation (Nursing Facility Transition) - Accessing your community - Advocacy * Last Wednesday of each month we have a peer meeting or an equal event
