The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) represents a highly intensive and structured form of outpatient addiction treatment, providing a practical alternative to inpatient hospitalization or residential care. PHP employs a comprehensive approach to mental health services, integrating therapeutic and support services with medical care. All individuals who partake in the Women's PHP will have access to a number of activities to encourage participation, skill building, and relationship building. PHP activities include yoga, outdoor activities (weather permitting) such as hiking, outside mindfulness, group cohesion activities, trauma-informed care and groups, and community support meetings with other women in the group.
