Note: all fees are set by the State of New Hampshire by administrative rules (He-A 500) State of New Hampshire Fee: Please note that the full process DOES NOT apply for individuals who DO NOT have DWI/DUI convictions on a New Hampshire Motor Vehicle record. $70.00 Intake State regulatory fee $100.00 Screening fee (only if mandated) $275 Evaluation fee (only if mandated) $400 Max cost for IDEP Courses $800 Out-of-state convictions
