Fuel Assistance: The Low Income Home Heating Program (LIHEAP) provides income eligible households with assistance in paying their energy bills during the winter. Benefits are calculated on household income, energy costs, and housing type. Applications are taken through our Outreach offices in Dover, Rochester and Farmington, and at selected sites around Strafford County. Electrical Assistance: The New Hampshire Electric Assistance Program gives income eligible customers a discount on their monthly electric bills depending on gross household income, household size, and electricity use.
