Eligibility
Must be composed of one or more persons age 18 years or older and less than 62 years of age. A preference is given to eligible persons: 1) Transitioning out of an institutional or other segregated setting; 2) At serious risk of institutionalization if services were in the community were not available; or 3) Residents of permanent supportive housing or a rapid rehousing program who have previously experienced homelessness. Meet all other eligibility requirements for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
