Substance Use Disorder resources for adolescents ages 12 - 17.The IOP offers an evidence-based treatment model known as The Seven Challenges, providing an innovative approach to substance misuse and addiction in adolescents and young adults.In addition to the Intensive Outpatient Program, Pathways to EVOLVE will provide an array of services including comprehensive evaluation, individual, group and family therapy, case management, family education and support groups. Peer support, drug testing and MAT referrals are also provided as needed.
