Examples of abandoned property are: savings accounts, certificates of deposit, gift certificates, wages, payroll, salary, uncashed checks, dividends, money orders, deposits, checking accounts, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, refunds, commissions, death benefits, insurance payments, paid-up life insurance policies, and demutualization proceeds.
