Description
The Rochester Firefighters (Rochester, Gonic, and East Rochester) operate a program called the “Toy Bank.” Any Rochester family in need may apply for their children from age 1 to 14. Gifts are distributed at a Christmas party held at the Community Center. * This is not a City budgeted program.
