Most volunteer opportunities are for age 55 and older. But, the Caregivers Program (volunteer driving for medical appointments/shopping and visitation) and the Bone Builders exercise classes appreciate anyone over age 21 to volunteer.

FRIENDS PROGRAM
Friend's Program has mentoring programs for at-risk youth, emergency housing for families experiencing homelessness, an intergenerational program that creates meaningful opportunities for seniors to work with children, and a volunteer service program that connects people of faith with elderly people in need of assistance to maintain their independent lifestyle.
