1. Home Health Aide Services are delivered by certified nursing assistants who assist with daily living activities and personal care. Home Health Aides help patients get in and out of bed, bathe, dress and walk. Aides can provide more specialized care such as exercise routines, blood draws, and simple dressings.
2. Nurses provide skilled assessment, planning ,monitoring, treatment and evaluation in the home setting.
3. Rehabilitation therapy offers physical therapy and occupational therapy.
