JCC is a voluntary alternative to formal court proceedings for youth who have broken the law. Each case is considered individually and contract conditions are established to fit the needs of the youth, the victim, and the community. Goals are achieved through community service work, research papers, apology letters, decision-making worksheets and by utilizing established resources within the community.
