Description
A volunteer dental program for older adults, people with disabilities and people who need medically necessary dental care. Volunteers do not provide emergency services or cosmetic treatment. Please note, while currently accepting applications for Coos and Grafton County, if you are a Veteran or if you have documentation from a physician stating that you cannot receive essential medical treatment due to your dental condition you can apply even if you are not living in Coos or Grafton County. If you have dental insurance (including Medicaid), you will need to use this resource first. You will need to provide a copy of your dental coverage and/or a letter of denial with your application (information on where to send needed documentation will be given after an application is submitted).
