Eligibility
Must be living with a brain injury or stroke;
To be eligible for the program you need be a legal resident of New Hampshire, have experienced a brain injury or stroke (medical documentation will be required) before the age of 60, be expected to benefit from the services, have a personal champion or guardian, and have goals or objectives you would like our assistance with.

The Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire (BIANH) is a non-profit supporting individuals living with a brain injury, their families, and professionals. Services provided include: case management (including all Community Care Waivers/CFI/ABD/DD/ID/IHS), information and resources, school services, support groups, training for professionals, providers, and the general public. Support is provided to: individuals, caregivers, families and professionals.
