COMMUNITY INTERVENTION COLLABORATION | THE YOUTH COUNCIL
The Community Intervention Collaboration is a voluntary program offered to Nashua youth between the ages of 10-17 who are engaging in high-risk behavior, but have not yet committed an arrestable offense. The program targets youth with school absences, repeated runaways, suspected involvement with alcohol or other drugs, and/or disruptive or threatening behavior. This program connects families to commnity resources and services. **Community Intervention Collaboration is not outpatient therapy. Referrals will be made if therapy is needed.

Since 1974 The Youth Council has been helping greater Nashua families build the skills they need to be strong, effective parents, raising children and teens that make good decisions and stay on track. Today we provide the safety net of support the local community relies on when a child is suspended from school, arrested for a minor offense, experimenting with alcohol and other drugs or having a tough time with peers, relationships, mental health issues and the like.
