For Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) contact Coordinated Transportation Solutions, Inc (CTS) at 1-877-671-629. If you do not have a car or anyone available to give you a ride, we can help you get to your medical appointments as well as your state-covered dental appointments.
Transportation options may also include: Public Transportation for a bus pass to access public transportation; Friends Mileage Reimbursement Program if you have a car, or when a friend or family member with a car can drive you to your medically necessary appointment.
