Application process
Interested persons must complete a preliminary application for assistance to be placed onto the waiting list for any of the Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority's subsidized housing programs. Applications can be picked up at the Administrative Office located at 40 East Pearl Street, in Nashua, NH.
Fee
Salmon Brook Senior Housing may require nominal fees for supportive services, if applicable.
Eligibility
Eligibility includes, but is not limited to: Income eligibility requirements; Landlord References; Criminal Background Checks; **No persons required to register on the Lifetime Sex Offender Registry will be assisted; Good rental payment history, including up to date with current landlord payments; In good standing with any previous subsidized rental program or previous housing authority to include no debts owed.
