DHHS can issue vouchers for the Goodwill Thrift shop for clothing.
Voucher assistance for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. The Laconia branch of the Department of Health & Human Services is the issuing agency of clothing vouchers that can be used specifically at Goodwill, these vouchers are issued on a case specific, case-by-case basis.

DHHS is responsible for many of the regulatory, programmatic, and financial aspects of NH's health care system and plays a key role in the planning, delivery and financing of health care. It provides social and support services to families with chronically ill or disabled members and to families in crisis.
