Call for Services at (603) 882-3616 How It Works: Our Functional Support Service Providers work directly with clients to help them: --Live healthy, through appointment reminders and referrals (to groups, peer support resources and other recovery based activities). --Stay connected with the community, through skills coaching (intrapersonal skills, independent use of public transportation, and independently accessing community resources and services). --Live independently, through basic living skills assistance and coaching (e.g., budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene maintenance, self-care, and housekeeping).
