Financial counseling, employment, education, homelessness or living concerns, behavioral health, child and youth, deployment support, resiliency and more for active military, army, air force, navy, marines and coast guard. Care coordinators and financial counselors assist in finding resources and support and coordinate with partners and agencies at the state, local and federal level.

Eligibility
All currently serving members of the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard (active duty, reserves, National Guard) and their loved ones are eligible. DEERS enrollment is not a requirement for services, but the service member must be connected to New Hampshire (live, work or drill.)

CCPNH is a unique to New Hampshire program that offers support and resources to currently serving military members and their loved ones, regardless of branch or component. If someone is an actively serving member of the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard and he or she lives, works OR drills in New Hampshire, that service member or loved one is CCPNH eligible. Active duty, reserves and National Guard are all eligible.
