Application process

To obtain a passport for the first time, you need to go in person to one of the passport acceptance facilities located throughout the United States. Visit the website for locations https://iafdb.travel.state.gov/ If you need expedited services or have an urgent situation and need to leave in 14 days or less call 1-877-487-2778.
