Eligibility
All applicants must be income eligible, with household income less than 50% of the area
medium income or less than 80% of the area medium income for Claremont. Fourteen of
the beds will be occupied by participants with income at or below 50% of the area medium
income and 14 beds will be occupied by participants with incomes at or below 80% of the
area medium income.
