Mobile exchange provides access to clean injection equipment, safe disposal, Narcan, fentanyl test strips, rapid HIV and HCV testing and referrals to medical care and substance misuse treatment; to individuals who are unable to travel to fixed site syringe service programs.

Services offered through Case Management include but are not limited to: Financial Assistance; Food Assistance; Housing Assistance; Medical Assistance; Transportation and Referrals.
