RECOVERY HOUSING | FAMILIES IN TRANSITION
Our Family Recovery Housing Program's are designed to provide safe and affordable temporary housing, up to one year, while offering comprehensive clinical and recovery supports to individuals. Our program has been designed to empower safety and recovery as a priority while assisting individuals with substance use disorder and behavioral health disorders to transition back to their own communities. By entering into Recovery Housing clients are becoming a participant in a program which means you are agreeing to work closely with your assigned treatment team and work towards self-sufficiency. When working with your treatment team you will have the opportunity to create an individualized treatment plan unique to your needs.

Families in Transition (FIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that provides hunger relief, emergency shelter, safe affordable housing, and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect.
