Referrals come from NH Area Agency system and Service Coordination entities, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and area school district

Provides a host of services to adults with developmental disabilities. Services are designed to help the person live independently. Examples of services include: life skills, Voc Rehab, transition, job discovery, exploration and placement, on the job support, coordination with school districts, care coordination with physical, occupational, speech and mental health therapists.
