The Diabetes Program at DHMC is a multidisciplinary group of doctors, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, and other staff members, dedicated to the evaluation, treatment, and education of patients with any form of diabetes.
Also offers an insulin pump program which is an intensive educational program to train patients in using and living with an insulin pump. Also offers the insulin pump to those in need.
