Local voter registration for the City of Berlin
ABSENTEE BALLOTS are available at the City Clerk’s office. If you are a registered voter or will register to vote at least ten days in advance of an election, and are unable to vote at the polls on Election Day, due to absence from town or physical disability, you may obtain an absentee ballot from the City Clerk. Write to or appear at the City Clerk’s Office request your ballot. During a Primary, voters not declared to a party will be asked to declare a party on their ballot request application. Ballots are given in-hand to the voter or delivered via U.S. mail.
