Only complete applications will be accepted. Criminal Release forms must be signed in front of Notary. Notaries are available at the DHA office and at no charge. **Applicants are placed on a wait list accordingly, and wait times vary for program type and availability.

The Dover Housing Authority provides housing assistance for low-income families, individuals and seniors under HUD's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program based on funding levels. The Dover Housing Authority also provides low-income housing units, located throughout Dover, for families, individuals and seniors. We also own/manage Addison Place, a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development.
