Call or visit the office to receive an application. The application may also be downloaded at https://www.nhsvc.com/burial-application. A copy of discharge paperwork proving veteran's service and type of discharge is required.
Fees
Cemetery fee for veteran interment is paid by the VA. There is no cost to the family. There is a small fee for interment of an eligible dependent

Description
Burial benefits available for veterans and eligible dependents (spouse, dependent children) include gravesite, opening and closing of grave, perpetual care, and grave marker with inscriptions. Eligible spouses and dependents may be buried, even if they predecease the veteran. There is no state residency requirement to be interred at the NH State Veterans Cemetery.
