Eligibility
Must be a juvenile between ages 10 to 18
Juveniles may or may not have previously participated in pre court diversion programs.
Both parents and juveniles must be willing to make a commitment to the program. The juvenile must accept responsibility for their crime.
Mutual agreement by the Prosecutor, the Court and Restorative Justice
Program Director, that the juvenile is appropriate for this program.

Restorative justice is an alternative approach to dealing with Adults and Juvenile Diversion . The programs focus on mending the damage caused by crime. The program encompasses a balanced commitment to have concern for the victim, repair the harm imposed on the community service and build citizen skills and competencies in the offender.
