The Waypoint NH Home Care program provides assistance with homemaking, shopping, medication pre-fills and medication reminders as well as companionship, bathing, dressing, and mobility asistance for seniors, and individuals with illnesses or disabilities.
Additionally, extensive big chore services and supervised transportation to medical appointments are provided.
A registered nurse or qualified member of the supervisory team will make a free in-home assessment to discuss the needs and develop a personalized plan of care.
