Seniors Individuals with disabilities Medicaid clients

Services hours: Mon., - Fri., 5 am - 7 pm, (depending on volunteer availability). All calls will be returned within 48 business hours. Transportation requests should be done 3-5 business days prior to the actual appointment day.

1. Medicaid clients: call the insurer first (typically NH Healthy Families or Wellsense) and request Transport Central be assigned to give you a ride. 2. Others call Transport Central directly. at 855-654-3200. ***Advance notice must be provided. **** NOT able to provide same day transportation.
