Have your Child Protective Service Worker (CPSW) or Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer (JPPO) complete the FAFSA Independent Status Verification form at https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/programs-services/child-protection-juvenile-justice/adolescent-program/paying-college Use form as proof when completing the FAFSA form
