If you or someone you care about is experiencing a crisis, you can call and speak to trained and caring clinical staff. You'll be served by compassionate providers who can help you access vital resources in an emergency. Crisis services are available to anyone in New Hampshire. Depending on your needs, the crisis contact center can: - Offer support via phone, text, or chat - Send a team member from a community mental health center to meet you right where you are, in your home, or another location in the community. - Provide rapid response follow up appointments that include crisis intervention services. - Review inpatient treatment options, if appropriate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Fee

Crisis Line Services are provided free of cost to those who call, text, or chat. If dispatched, Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Services will bill, but costs for those who cannot pay will be covered with government funding.

Eligibility

Anyone who experiences a crisis, which is any situation in which the person feels their situation has overwhelmed their ability to cope and their available supports.

Individuals will speak with a trained staff member that can assist callers with: Phone, text, or chat support and problem solving to help resolve a behavioral health crisis. Referrals to outpatient or inpatient services. Connection to in-person or virtual Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team that comes to the individual where they are in the community if the crisis can’t be resolved over the phone.
